Create a player retires early

My created player retired after just 1 season. How can this be prevented or what did I do wrong? EA_Blueberry: Added "retires early" to post title

    Figured that was it. A lot of players in the NFL tend to retire in their mid 30's so as you get around that age your created player is more likely to retire. It's very possible they keep playing a lot longer though.

That may be the issue. I used my birthdate so it would make him late 30’s... lol
