Created player edits not working

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Which mode has this happened in? Play Now
Summarize your bug When I create a player, I give him full arm sleeves that do not show up in gameplay but otherwise appear when viewing him in the menu or player editing screen.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a player, customize him with full arm sleeves and use the created player in game
What happens when the bug occurs? Items that I have added to the player do not appear in game.
What do you expect to see? My created player, during gameplay, should be wearing every equipment piece that I have added in the create player screen

    Bro I'm having the same problem bit instead it completely crashed the cleveland browns team in my madden so I'm forced to use another team and I'm 4 years in. I cant edit anyway or play any games. I crash everytime

    Have you tried a reinstall of the game yet to confirm fresh files don't fix this?

    What you're describing sounds more related to what our team is looking into addressing via this post for franchises crashing with created players.

    There's a setting called long sleeve temp and I'm guessing that means what temperature they wear their sleeves. I set mine to 100 and my character where's long sleeves all the time.
