Created player likeness (face options)

This is something we were told last year that would be looked into by the community managers...

Is there any way to incorporate a change in one of the upcoming patch updates, where we can use our avatar player’s face as a regular created player? Once again a new game has come out and we are still stuck with the same generic faces to choose from on the create-a-player screen. These are the same faces we have been limited to using for almost 10 years now, and we have been asking for this change in the madden forums for years. There are too few faces to choose from for each skin tone option and it would make a world of difference if we could create a player with all the likeness features and details available. 

We want to be able to use a more advanced created player in franchise mode and still be able to control all aspects of the franchise as an owner or coach, rather than just as a player.

    @persianhooper was just thinking this exact thing. they allow for so much customization in the FIFA games but when it comes to madden its pretty much just a copy + paste from the year before

    Exactly man! I really don’t understand it because we’ve been bringing it up for so long now and they always tell us how much they value these forums and suggestions from the community, but it gets swept under the rug every single year. On the Create-A-Player screen, we’re really not even creating a player. We’re basically SELECTING a player from the outdated face options given.

    I’m actually totally fine with the new customization features that were added last year and again this year with the Face of the Franchise, player franchise and the new avatar where we’re able to personalize our player’s appearance in detail, so why on earth can’t that just be the way we create players for each game mode?? The limitations make zero sense.

    EA Team,

    First, please don’t tell me this is a violation for responding to my own post again when you haven’t even acknowledged my post or responded to show that it is being looked into. I’m a paying customer of Madden and have been for decades so is that really how you want to treat this? 
    The topic I’ve been discussing is a something of substance and not just some random dumb question. 

    Your devs showed us that you’re capable of letting us create a player with all of the face details of our choice, but this is only limited to player franchise and face of the franchise modes. Again I ask, can this format be used in the Create Player screen under the Creation Zone menu so that we can use our player in all modes and not be stuck with the random faces. 

    See attached. The most outdated system in all sports games are these random face choices that do no justice to the customization process. Here are just a few as an example.
