Creating Rosters in Madden 21

I have tried to make rosters from certain years in the NFL such as 1995, 2007 etc. There has to be a quicker way. How I do it now is I go to create a player and just create the player (using ratings from the madden of that year) add them to the roster and release the player on the current roster that I’m replacing with the created player. It takes me almost 2 or 3 hours to fully create each team. I also see other people create full rosters with backups and wonder how they have the time. My final question is how do y’all make rosters? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
