Creation Center and Sliders for injuries?

Hi, thanks for your assistance.

I always create my own players for Madden, so I spend a lot of time in the Creation Center.   One thing that completely irritates me (though it's very properly life-like) is when a player goes down with an injury.  So, the question --

Which way do I set the slider in Character Creation to make injuries the least likely?  For that matter, what about interceptions and fumbles?  I'm sorry that I'm not clear on the subject, I can see the sliders going either way, depending on how the descriptions go, so kind of confusing.
