Custom Playbook Bugs formations/plays not showing up. Blank plays. Madden 22.

Summarize your bug Custom playbook, added a variety of new formations to the Bills playbook. Not all of my formations are there in ANY game mode when I play. Very frustrating. I took so many formations out to even try to fix it myself. What’s the point of a custom playbook if you can’t add all of the available formations/plays that madden offers if you’re under the 500 play/50 formation limit ???! When I choose a play from my game plan it will bring me out in something completely different. Then audibling freezes my game OR LINES ALL 11 UP DIRECTLY ON TOP OF EACH OTHER ON THE BALL. My qb falls back everytime if I do snap it without calling a TIMEOUT. Blank plays in my game plan lead to either FIELD GOAL formation or one of the plays I’ve added to my playbook. I’d like to use my plays/formations I took the time to add to my playbook. Please look into this. Please.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a playbook (I use bills), add new formations such as Empty Quads, Spread Y Flex.. etc
What happens when the bug occurs? On any mode, it will not have the formation there. I added the plays I wanted to use into my game plan, however the game will show me plays and usually take me to a completely different play. Or it won’t show any play so I have to guess. sometimes it ends up being a FIELD GOAL despite 1/2/3 down. Then, Any time I try to audible from one of these plays it puts ALL ELEVEN DIRECTLY ON THE BALL. It’s getting ridiculous. Sometimes it will even freeze after picking one of the blank plays.
What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to edit a playbook and use any formation/play in the game. If you’re letting me add it to my playbook in the creation center, LET ME USE IT IN THE GAME. I have made a playbook every year and this has never happened.
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. It will freeze or crash when picking plays from my game plan on my custom playbook. Blank plays leading to FIELD GOAL formation when I choose it. Freezing of my game when I audible. Plays in my game plan that I choose and then snap the huddle and come out in completely different play/personnel.
