DC glitch Cheater Reported

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Seventhebird
Date/time issue occurred About 9:15am
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug This glitch happened in weekend league by by player [Removed - Admin.]
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch the video, [Removed - Admin.]
What happens when the bug occurs? The player disconnects his wifi and gets a win when i am winning and i should get the win because he disconnected on purpose.
What do you expect to see? When the other person disconnects i expect to win.

What happens when the bug occurs? The other player is losing and DC’s but gets a win, by disconnecting their own wifi.
What do you expect to see? A win when the other person DC’s

    i tried your link, but there was nowhere to report a player for cheating in madden.

    This has came up on the message boards before, but my opponent during playoff H2H match used the pause exploit in which the 30 second timer never starts. I understand that this has been an issue in previous games, and I was able to avoid it by pressing the O button on the PS4 as my opponent has called a time out in previous instances. I've tried solutions in previous posts, and I've seen replies from EA Community managers in which they submit a link to report abusive behavior. The issue being that the link that's given does not have an option to report cheating in Madden 2020. 

    I'm frustrated that an exploit can be used to negate time/effort/money that I put into my madden ultiamte team, and the report infrastruture within the software does not allow me to report absuvie behavior.
