One other note...I am on a wired connection. My 2nd google wifi AP is hardwired to the first and the PS4 is hard wired into that 2nd AP
This past weekend, we tried playing two more times. The first with temoving custom sliders. Bam! Desync. The second with default sliders and no custom playbooks. That game went through just fine. Tech support claimed it was not an issue whatsoever, but yeah. Can you guys actually fix this or even do so much as reply? I spent many hours on the phone with you guys and you don’t even attempt to reply. Kincredibly disappointing. Maybe stop pointing folks with actual issues to your ‘support site’ that lacks actual support.
