Didn’t receive my MUT PACKS

I preordered the madden superstar edition but no packs are showing up for my mut team. The notification pops up that says I have received them (your additional content is now ready). But it’s no wher...

    I imagine those pre order packs won’t be available until official release date on 8/2

I bought the ultimate edition and disnt get any preorder packs like promised. They robbed us and they dont care. They are laughing at us while spending our money. Should contact the police for this robbery

I bought the digital code at Gamestop for the Superstar edition.

In MUT, there is no unopened packs and I can't find them anywhere. At the title screen (every once and a while), it will cut to a screen and tell me that my packs are available, but there are no instructions that I saw and the only place to click is on a "Dismiss" button.
