Didn’t Recieve Trade Item in Mut 19

I made a trade with my friend 

v4 A. Williams Legend (from me)

v5 R. Moss (from him) 

I accepted the trade. The card popped up. I tried to add it to the set from that screen but I didn’t see the option. 

So I press B (xbox one) and went to the set manually. When I got there it told me to search for the card In auction. Which doesn’t make sense seems how I had just received it from a trade. So I checked my binder. Nope. Not even there. Nothing. I didn’t get it at all apparently. I attempted to have it fixed with EA they told me that it couldn’t be done because the System was being updated at the time and to post here. So I am doing so.
