Hey, @Chunt11 

Do you have anything plugged into the PC that could be conflicting with the controller? I'd unplug anything outside of the keyboard and mice, then unplug your controller and plug it back in. This sounds super basic but I want to make sure it isn't missed. Let me know if that helps.
