Disc corrupt
Got the game for my kid for Christmas and it quit working in January. I thought it was a memory issue, but I deleted some other games and it will not load. Xbox one message says the disc is corrupt.
Does the error indicate the disc you are putting into the console is dirty or damaged or that your hard drive has corrupt data?
If your game disc is damaged, your retailer should be able to help you.
