Disconnect Glitch

Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug I have several losses due to this error whether it happens before the game even starts or after I clearly win the game. The opposing player is using a disconnect glitch in order for the game to stop and I get a loss counted against me.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at all of my losses where I was in the lead or the score is 0-0
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a message saying that the connection has been lost.
What do you expect to see? a WIN awarded in my W/L column

    recently if read about a similar issue in the forum (see link below). since I've faced a lot of disconnect losses last year and tried a lot to solve the issue, ex-post I have to say that at least some of the cases occured most likely due to my instable internet connection. and I did not know that before: a fast internet connection does not mean that it is stable.
