I faced a lot of disconnect losses and in particular Solo Battle DNFs (in particular in Madden 20) and invested a lot of time investigating what causes these losses. It is so frustrating facing a loss just do to technical reasons although it is completely clear that my opponent conceded the game. unfortunately, Madden is very sensitive on lost data packets, desync issues and lost connections. I wrote about my lessons learnt in this forum a while ago (see link below) and would like to share my thoughts with you. hopefully it will help you to reduce the amount of unfortunate losses in the future.
