So I just got the free demo for Madden 20, and it’s asking me for an EA access subscription. Do i really need this to play the game? And do I need the subscription for the normal game too?
I downloaded the demo on PS4. When i booted up the game it took me to the menu i presses any button and i got a message saying i didn’t have EA access and i couldn’t play.

I downloaded the free trial for PS4, but when I try to play it says I need Ea Access, which does not make any sense since it's a FREE trial and there is nothing related to this in the Free Trial infos. It is for sure a kind of bug. Help me with that please, I want to play Madden so much!

Nope. The link has the game at $23.99. The demo says we need EA acces to play. So the game isn’t free this weekend then? Y’all really need to look into this.

For some games on the Xbox store it will state "This game has a trial." If you select that it will direct you to signup for EA Access because those are the "Play First Trials" which are part of an EA Access membership.
For this offer you should be able to play the full game for free this weekend by selecting Buy/Add to Cart from the store. The price should change to FREE just before you finalize your purchase.
If you see the game in the store on your console, make sure you select the full game version and not the trial to avoid this error.

Does not change to Free, come on EA, it's getting embarassing to yourselves, fix this and extend the free trial for the sake of everyone who could not play it
This is so annoying. I was thinking of buying Ea access if I liked the game. Now I cant even try it!!
