How do we download the patch for today?

I am receiving this error code telling me to download the patch. I was under the impression the patches automatically downloaded. The game system does not give me the option to download this new patch. I waited online for an hour and when the chat launched the technician never responded. I put in a request to receive a call which was supposed to take 20 minutes its now been over an hour. I'm wondering why the customer service is so bad. What can I do to obtain this patch.
- You need to delete some stuff and free up some storage. Fixed the issue for me
I figured it out! Go back to the home screen, hit the options button while on the maddeM icon. Then go to upload/download icon, upload all, then try it again
