How do we download the patch for today?

I have this problem and it's the 3rd game I've installed.
192.0 GB used out of 860.4.
- Approved
I deleted the version I had initially installed. I then restarted the PS4 (with the disc still in) and then re-installed. almost completed and then failed. Whatever this is, it's definitely not limited to a storage issue.
