Download new patch now can’t get into game
I downloaded the new patch and now I can’t even get onto the game at all. It starts loading and then kicks me to XBox Home screen. WTF!

Just got back on and now it says I need to reinstall Madden 21. I never deleted. What the hell is going on?!?!
This is ridiculous. I Went to reinstall Madden Series X and it stops installation and starts installing Madden regular version. And it says that is corrupted and to uninstall and reinstall. I did that and now neither versions will install. I’m about done with this BS. I want my money back for this garbage!!
@EA_Kent the version of Madden 21 I purchased through Microsoft for Xbox One is called Madden NFL ‘21 XBox Series X. Since I downloaded the patch it started to crash and then yesterday it deleted the version off my hard drive and will not re install no matter what I do. I have reset my XBox uninstalled the version and Tried to reinstalled. Now it will do nothing. Keep getting ‘stopped installation’ as it also tries to install the free trial version of Madden ‘21. Which also doesn’t install. This is a complete [Admin - Removed].

Hmm, I see.
Since the Xbox Series X hasn't actually launched yet, I'm not sure why it would be showing that version of the game on the Xbox Store. When you have a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the Xbox Support team so they can take a look and see what might have happened. There may be something they need to change on your Xbox account in order to fix this so the game can be reinstalled from the Xbox Store.
