Draft Classes not Loading in Franchise (Madden 20)

Anyone else had an issue downloading draft classes in franchise mode? (I’m on Xbox one) everytime I go to download the draft class it completes but it does not open the file. Have tried 4 times now. ...

    Fixed it by going into manage game then saved data.  Delete the reserved space and restart your game.

I’ve downloaded a number of draft classes; however when I try to import them during my franchise, none of them show up. When I try to re-download then, it says “cannot process this request.”
