Fixed it by going into manage game then saved data. Delete the reserved space and restart your game.

What happens when the bug occurs? My downloaded community files don’t show up as an option to load. When I try downloading from madden share as an option nothing happens

I should definitely be able to load files I’ve already downloaded. This works for everyone else, but the downloaded files don’t become an option for me to load.
