Fixed it by going into manage game then saved data. Delete the reserved space and restart your game.

I deleted the reserved space but when I restart the game then the reserved space just comes back! What am I doing wrong??
pretty sure its supposed to return upon startup. You're not doing anything wrong.

We've seen reports that others have recently been able to download and use rosters! The team has been working on it though and there have been some improvements on the back-end but it's still under investigation, so it's not officially fixed yet.
