Draft Classes not Loading in Franchise (Madden 20)

Anyone else had an issue downloading draft classes in franchise mode? (I’m on Xbox one) everytime I go to download the draft class it completes but it does not open the file. Have tried 4 times now. ...

    Fixed it by going into manage game then saved data.  Delete the reserved space and restart your game.

Having the same issue.  Download completes, but will not load.  Saw someone comment in another forum that a reinstall of the game fixed it for them, but I tried that and still have the same issue.
