Dump Truck Accident (continued)

I had a problem with a dump truck on the Madden Club Championship. I won it and told EAMaddenNFL the wrong gamertag. I accidently typed an underscore in the wrong place. Therefore I will not get my players I won. I have screenshots of my evidence and I think the only person I can get to verify that I was the one that won the dump truck is the person that was EA on the stream. I assume that was Kraelo so can you find a way I can talk to him? I won 97 Watt, 96 Russ, 96 Adams, and 96 Waller. My twitch name is jacoby_jacrispy and I can tell you what I said during that "whisper/chat" with EA. Talking with the chat has not helped so I think the only way I can figure this out is to talk it out with Kraelo or whoever was doing that stream. I want to get these cards as quick as possible because the longer I wait the less he cards are worth. I hope we can get this solved quickly and fast.
