Dump truck not received

Hello I won a dump truck during the MCS games last Saturday but I have yet to receive them I have the DMs from twitch can anybody help me

    @Dog60651 I received confirmation from the MCS Team that your items should be granted. If you log into MUT make sure to check your item binder under Newest.

    i was watching a madden streamer who was being sponsored by ea for the mcs dump truck drops during the madden bowl but haven't gotten my content still and its been over 3 weeks

    I did and they did dm me and I have a screenshot of the chat as well.
