Bought EA Access to try the 10 hour trial for Madden 20 but everytime I try to launch it I get the same error " do you own this game or app"
Ive tried hard resetting the xbox, ive tried installing the game from the app and directly from the store. Ive tried pretty much every solution I could find online.
My friend and I have ea access on both our xbox one accounts. Whenever he tries to access his it says do you own this game or app. We both have the trial downloaded on our Xbox’s but his always gets this message. We have already uninstalled and reinstalled it. One time it even acted like he’d played 10 hours. Please advise.

I’ve already preordered and downloaded madden 20 however when I enter ea access and try to activate the trial I’m asked to download madden 20. I then select to download madden 20 and I get a message saying download error.
We would really like a solution if possible. I don’t get a lot of days off and he can’t play the trial with me. I recently decided to try the EA access because I’m huge into madden. This is very disappointing.
