Bought EA Access to try the 10 hour trial for Madden 20 but everytime I try to launch it I get the same error " do you own this game or app"
Ive tried hard resetting the xbox, ive tried installing the game from the app and directly from the store. Ive tried pretty much every solution I could find online.
I just subscribed to ea access today on Xbox One so I could play the madden 20 trial. When I downloaded the game I tried to play it and instantly a message popped up that kicked me out of the game and said that I didn’t own the game. At this point I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and the same issue continues to happen. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please let me know how to.
Having the same issue however when I try to launch is says I must have the EA access subscription witch I do and pay every month. Tried every trick in the book to try and get it to work and still can’t get in the game please fix!!
Done this multiple times, nothing is working
