EA Access for Madden

I have Madden 20 downloaded through Ea access whenever I first go to play it it says I have 8 hr and 50 minutes left and once I load into the game it’s says my trial has expired! I’m on a PS4 system so how do I fix this issue so I can play the game?

Deleting the update worked for me too. Went to notifications then deleted the update. Then went to settings and turned off auto updates. No more message saying trial is over and I am back in.

Hey all,

This error should now be fixed. Can you try closing down the app and re-launch it or power cycle your console before loading it up again?

Power Cycle

Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).

Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
