Hi,
I've had EA Access for over a year now and have never cancelled it. My payments are up to date and everything. Yet when I load up the Madden 20 Trial it tells me I need to be signed into an account that has and active EA Access subscription. I've tried hard resetting. Quitting out of the game multiple times Everything. Is there a solution?
Ya getting the same error. I was just about to post the same thing. Maybe it's on EA's side.
