Ea access

Madden 20 took over three hours to load on my ps4 all of those hours were counted against my ea access trial time. Is there a way to recover that time? I bought the superstar edition. My username is vinnylova56

    Let us know how these steps go for you, thanks.

    1.On your PS4, find and download the EA Access Hub app in the PSN Store.

    2.Open  the Hub, head to Game Trials, and find Madden NFL 20.

    3.Select  Try Play First Trial.

    Restoring licenses as below should fix this, let us know either way:

    RESTORE LICENSES

    1. On the XMB (main menu of PS4), using the controller scroll right to the Settings.
    2. Select the option for PlayStation™Network/Account Management.
    3. Choose Restore Licenses.
    4. Select Restore.

    Just shows I have to wait over a day for the game.
