EA Account Hacked

Account more than likely hacked. Cards bought and sold without my consent all at one time. EA help over the weekend not helpful at all. Would appreciate a Community manager or someone with a Madden management team to reach out to me.

    If your login and pasword are the same for twitter as you EA account it's possible. 

    It's not really an hack because the person have just make auction and you have already have access to your account.

    If somebody have access to your account with your login but nothing is really change (password, mail...) it's difficult to find an hacking attempt.

    If you think your account was hacked we can't make really something on this community forum.

    if your account has been compromised then please speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    Contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    At the end, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

    Would love to. Was supposed to be transferred to security team department but was on hold for close to 40 minutes. What are service hours? How long should I hold?

    Evening update: EA no Help has said all weekend there were no suspicious log ins on my account Saturday afternoon therefore *indian accent “there is nothing we can manually do to restore your players.” Rep in India said I will continue to be given the same answer if I escalate the issue but I 1) Never gave my password or login info to anyone. 2) Would never buy 76 La’el Collins for 700k lmao. Lost Most Feared Ray Lewis and others. Idk how but unacceptable answers. Speak with online/phone support overall for 3-4 hours now. My issue is NOT resolved. And it’s unfortunate but see why they have a negative reputation. Hoping someone can restore my faith a bit. IS THERE ANYONE IN AMERICA WHO ACTUALLY PLAYS MADDEN 20 TO LOOK INTO THIS?!

    Last question today then. Although EA Help says my account was not compromised I was hacked on Twitter by clicking on a Madden tweet a few weeks ago. Could someone have used my information this way to login to my game and make these changes if that were the case? And if so how can I prove this occurred to EA help? Thanks in advance.

    Thank you. Will change all my passwords and attempt better security on my end moving forward. You’ve been more helpful than India call centers on this issue. Still sucks I won’t get my players back tho. Have a good day!
