If you no longer have access to the email on your account, the only way to potentially resolve this issue is to go through the account recovery process by opening a case here. I see you've done that already, but aren't providing enough accurate information that matches the history of the account. The best I can recommend is to try again and provide more accurate answers to the questions.
I ended up just playing on my alt account. You guys should implement an option to bypass the one dimensional account aspect, in that you should be able to choose which EA account you want to use. Being locked in to an old account is frustrating because there’s information on there that hasn’t been uncovered in long periods of time, and in my case, years!
