Thank you. Thanks for taking the time to respond Barry, I was not banned from a game but from a Forum. The Madden Ultimate Teams forums.
My case was sent through legal, and it was determined I was 100% in the right and should never have been banned. Help has instructed me to make a new account on the forum and tell the moderators, but I am not going to do that as they will simply ban me again for daring to speak out about their customer service , Running customers off, ignoring customers, slandering customers, etc, etc.
Let me be clear, it is not I who feel I was incorrectly banned it was EA corporate and your legal and investigative teams. I was issued and apology and they said I should have NEVER been banned in the first place and that the moderators were in the wrong, they also informed me that without customers reporting moderators and the way they act (Via screenshots, text, etc, etc) they would not know what is going on.
Legally I have an admission of guilt from EA that what I posted (That they were violating state and federal law with lottery and consideration without opt in without purchase) was 100% correct and that indeed the representatives of EA did violate the law (These were not people helping out, these were EA employees)
I spent over $10,000 dollars the past 2 months on MUT teams alone.
Please forward this message to the EA Ultimate Team Madden forums. I will be glad to provide to EA corporate and Legal the names of the moderators who cost their company 5-6k per month in revenue, and it was not just me, that entire forum is filled with irate customers asking questions and being ignored. Multiple people have been banned for daring to say anything about it. This is costing EA millions of dollars, by running customers off, and as both a customer and a stockholder, I do not appreciate their behavior.Any news on this? Me and about 10 others have not spent a dime since this stuff started, nor will we spend a time until these issues are addressed.
