EA Play Monthly Pack Not Arrived

I have not received the monthly EA Play reward pack for my account.

How can I get them please?

I haven’t received my EA Play rewards that were recently released. How can I go about getting those rewards.

I contacted ea about this and the * I talked to told me regular EA play does not get in game rewards and closed chat so idk
