EA PSN linked account

Hi, Im looking for some help for a buddy of mine who purchased madden 21 a couple of months ago. He was able to play online and it had no problems, but as of 2 months hes been unable to play as an EA...

    Hi, @DenMetalGame 

    Please pass this link along to your friend which will contain steps on account recovery. If your friend is not able to recover the account he registered his PSN ID to which has Madden on it, I'm afraid he'll have to consider purchasing the game again on his new PSN ID or contact PlayStation Support if he's requesting a game title to be transferred to another PSN account.
