Ea says they are aware of the issue FOTF

Ok it has been over a week since I could load my saved FOTF game ..says the server I'm trying to play is not available and the ea is aware of this issue ? But it will let me start a new fotf ? I'm on a xbox one ..yes I have deleted my game and reinstalled it .yes I have deleted my. Reserved space in game options and yet still the same thing ? Any answers would be nice
