yea i had to go in and turn off veritfication on the origin site. log into the app, then sent me a verification code. then log on to the xbox and then they sent me a veritifcation code and i was in. i dont how better to explain it.
Picked up Madden 18 on release day and haven't been able to connect to EA's servers since having game. I am getting EA servers are unavailable at this time, please try again later.
I have an active Xbox live account and have tried port forwarding still no luck. I've reset console, uninstalled game and reinstalled...nothing.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I have been getting the same error for the past two days now.
"You must be signed in to Xbox Live and the EA servers in order to access online feature to this title. Please check your Ethernet cable. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in to Xbox Live and the EA servers again."
I have tried to play Madden on two different consoles and 3 different internet connections and still the same. I also cannot play any title of FIFA and I tried to play FIFA on my PS4 and that is also getting the same errors.
I can sign into EA Access and Battlefield 1 but when I play a trial for the game it pops stating I have X amount of hours left clearly showing it's registering back and then on the title screen disconnects (This was for FIFA 18 Trial).
I can still sign into Web Apps and Companion Apps but just not the actual games on console!
Please EA FIX IT!
