i understand EA, that have you to do maintenance on madden 15, but this popped up at 9:00 p.m, and ever since then, ive still haven't been able to sign in. Normally this happens, but only for a short period of time, then it's back to normal, but a whole fricking day, i'd payed for the ultimate edition, plus ea access, and now i can't even open my weekly packs, feeling ultimately ripped off, i can play every other game on my console, but the ea games. need answers, need my madden working!

Same issue. Can't get EA to respond in any way. So great they give us a message board they IGNORE. So we can complain about their product while they do NOTHING for their customers.
Hello EA.... Guess what's happening for '16 if you don't make this right? Not much for you.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoSame here. Worked just fine yesterday. Today hasn't worked. Same message "the ea servers are not available at this time. Please try again later". Can't get an answer about this either. Called xbox and they don't have one and even called my internet provider and they said our connection is fine. I can't really call ea either so here I am complaining with everyone else and feeling pretty mad.
