I had his same problem. EA just helped me fix it. Try this:
Start Madden NFL 15
Go to Customize
Go to Manage Files
Next you have to delete all saved rosters
Next Quit Madden and restart the game
It'll ask you to download latest roster in order to play online, select Download Now
This should help if you've tried all that other stuff.
