ea servers can't process request

Ever since I bought a gold membership I have been getting this error message "ea servers cannot process your request" trying to play madden 20 MUT. Been 2 weeks now. Would love to understand why.

    Hey guys fixed it. YouTube ThatMUTGamer and error message video. Changing active line up fixed it for me. Hope you have the same success.

Hey @jahamic. 

Where are you running into that error? Is it coming up as soon as you try connecting to MUT, or is it happening when you're trying to play a game?

@EA_Kent The same thing happens to me as soon as I click on MUT
