ea servers not responding madden 19 ps4

having issues signing into ea servers to play madden 19 keep getting message... Sorry, it apoears the EA Servers are currently down. We are working to address the problem. Please try again later. For additional information please se ea.com/unable-to-connect .

This is happening on ps4 i have tested internet connection no issues all other apps play fine using internet please help. 

my ps+ is active i have also tried logging into ps4 with a different account with ps+ active also getting same message
