EA servers STILL DOWN !!!!!!!

Servers down for 6 days ._. WHEN IS EA GONNA FIX THIS?

The server has not been down for six days. Please power cycle your console and router then connect to it directly with a cable and retry. Please let us know if you are able to connect after these steps, thanks.

That still didn't work ☹️

This Is so weird... I have a perfect Internet connection, everything else network related still works, still signed in to Playstation network and plus, every other EA game I have is able to connect to EA servers, and every other non EA game works as well.

This is the first time in several years it's been this long before being able to connect to EA servers... I even deleted the game, and re-downloaded and installed it again...still to no avail?!!

Im totally stumped...

I even added all of the required UDP and TCP ports that Madden typically uses to my router's port forwarding list of rules, in case for some reason it now wasn't forwarding the right ports on my LAN for NAT.

I'm an IT Support Technician by trade, so this is very frustrating for me, considering I've already done everything possible on my end!

PLEASE HELP!!!

    EXACT ERROR RECEIVED:

    THE CONNECTION FAILED!

    In order to access the online features for this title your Sony Entertainment Network account must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers.



    I'm obviously signed into my ps account, but EA WILL NOT SIGN IN... I CAN KEEP HITTING R2 within the Game to continue trying to log in, but same message every time ☹️

      I did a test... Created a separate account on ps4, with a brand new psn account... Launched Madden, and created a new EA Account - BAM, worked, and didn't get the error.

      Unfortunately went back to my account, same error. So I deleted all application data through ps initialization settings(restored to default) and it still gives me error. Launched, went through beginning super bowl intro, picked favorite team and stuff, then main menu and still same darn error ☹️

      Is it possible that my account is messed up server side on EA? I'M SO UPSET... SPENT 100'S ON MUT PACKS!!!!!!

        YEP... THIS IS RELATED TO JUST MY MADDEN EA ACCOUNT!!!

        COMPLETELY Verified by going to a buddies, creating an account on his ps, signing into my psn account, launching Madden (which works for his account on his ps and tested and working even on my ps), and VERIFIED MY EA ACCOUNT SAYS SAME THING AND GIVES SAME ERROR!!!

        CAN YOU PLEASE SEE WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT EA SERVER SIDE?
