EA Servers
My son cannot get into his ultimate team Madden 15 and nhl 15. He keeps getting an error message saying cannot connect to the ea servers. We do have a new router could this be the problem or have your servers been down for days.
I finally got an ethernet splitter and switched to LAN connection and it seems like the problem is solved. I had re-booted the router numerous times and had no success. Tried to open the ports suggested. That didn't seem to work. Finally read somewhere that if you switched from wifi to LAN and the problem was solved that it is a router issue. I did that and it worked. Problem solved. Didn't fix the router, but the PS4 works better than ever this way, of course so after the trouble of getting the cables in place, I doubt I'll switch back...
