Ea servers
Can use online features then try to play Madden and it will not connect to the servers to play my ultimate team paid money for the games/internet now it’d be nice to play them

Hi @weeny_recital.
Are you still having any trouble getting connected to Madden? Have you had a chance to try power cycling your system along with your router/modem to see if that helps at all?

Hi Kent,
Thankyou for you’re response to my post. Yes I have tried the power cycle now multiple times on the internet and PlayStation 4. I had also spoken on the phone with someone from EA and that didn’t get me anywhere. The game allows me to play online against friends and superstar ko, but the mut on the game won’t all me to go any further than the home page. Attached is a picture of what it is telling me every time I try to play mut.

Hmm, I see. It is weird that it's only happening with MUT. What other steps were you able to try when you spoke with the EA Help team? I just want to make sure we don't cover the same ground and repeat steps if we don't need to.
