EA sports should be charged for unarmed robbery

I'd like the first say after working all week I came home last night and could not sign in to my ultimate team for Madden.. almost 24 hours later I'm still sitting here trying to sign into my ultimate team. I mean I've only spent $5,000 this year not to mention what I've probably spent in the last four to five years.. the saddest part about it is I have not received one benefit because my e.a rewards has never been synced correctly to my account.. for years I have reached out to EA and I have gotten zero help they actually have hung up on me and told me to stop bothering them and calling them.. so e.a sports hope you see this. You guys are nothing buta grimy company that does not care about their users at all .they mske a living ripping off young kids. You guys are basically predators praying off young kids to get their credit cards from their parents. Then when you run into an issue with someone older you just completely ignore them.. maybe if I sit here for another 24 hours I'll be able to play what a joke. I'm armed robbery is exactly what it is..I would take a picture of my team to show you how much money I have spent but I can't get in thanks a lot scumbags!!!
