Ea Worker told me to come here after he couldn’t fix my problem!

Been asked by EA help to come to this forum as they can’t find a solution to my problem - please can someone reach out to me as I just want to play ultimate team - game crashes when I load up ultimate team - have tried absolutely everything with the EA worker and he just passed me on here to report to this forum after he couldn’t find a solution
