Elite Player Auctions <?!

Just got several 82 ovr elites in a pack.  Auctioning fof 1,000<?! I have never seen elites sell this cheap at any point in a season in any version of Madden.  What’s up here?

    Could be a combination of a variety of factors. 

    More players are playing at home right now due to COVID-19, so players that haven't been on in a while are returning to clear out older inventory, earning more coins, packs, etc. With more supply in the market the prices will come down.

    We've also had some recent promotions such as the LTD's and Golden Tickets which players may spend their coins or real money on more packs, so those elite players they don't want will be placed on the auction house to clear room in their item binder.

    The latest programs like Color Smash and Free Agency have made it easier for more players to acquire elite players over 80+. Around this time of the year for this game an 80 OVR team is on the lower end when the most competitive players are sporting 97-99 OVR teams.
