[ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this

I have an error message in madden 22 that happens to pop up if I go in or out of a game mode, and when I start up the game, it says [ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Ser...

    @EA_BlueberryOMG it's finally gone! Error did not happen and I can edit my avatar!

  • It worked fine for me on my ps5 up until I purchased an Xbox series s with gold/gamepass ultimate/ ea play.. I had just recently changed my psn email due to a ps4 I sold to game stop not being wiped and someone attempting to purchase games on my saved debit cards.   When I purchased the Xbox I wanted all my ea accounts to be linked to the new email so I went into my ea /origins account and updated the email,  then unlinked my psn account from the old email to the new email that was also being used for all my Xbox live/eaplay/gamepass credentials ...  it gave me a message saying that I wouldn't be eligible to re-link my psn account again for 6 months I think.. but now under the one orifin account my psn/Xbox usernames are saved and linked... since then every time I open madden I get a "unable to retrieve peogrssion data " error and it literally restarts mut and even when I click the touch pad it throws up the same message and won't let me alter the avatar and kicks it back to the main screen blocking me from accessing my ea profile.    Fifa /NHL on the Xbox works fine,  no errors... only the ps5 next gen madden 22...
  • Been happening for 2 months now give or take 
  • Psn is TruencY-nd-PinkB 
  • Message me for email credentials since irs company sensitive...

Please for the love of God fix this... or refund me the 100 dollars for the game...this is unacceptable... fix it...no.more excuses ...get me my profile back...

    @Truency609 So I tried to get a refund from ps and they won't let me they tell me to do the same steps that ea is telling us

      Seriously ea or psn both can suck it I can't get a refund for your broken game? Wtf is that about I spent money thinking I would be able to play a game and with this bug it's unplayable and both companies want to keep the money and screw me over grow up and own to your mess ups it's beyond aggravating honesty pissed this morning cause all this bs from both sides fix your dam game

        So you just keep telling us it will get fixed all that does is void my damn refund cause I decided to wait and hoped you would fix it now it's too late for a refund seriously this needs to be on the news like cyberpunk done release a game and take people's money for something that doesn't work can we make a legal case? Cause it sounds like it
