- It worked fine for me on my ps5 up until I purchased an Xbox series s with gold/gamepass ultimate/ ea play.. I had just recently changed my psn email due to a ps4 I sold to game stop not being wiped and someone attempting to purchase games on my saved debit cards. When I purchased the Xbox I wanted all my ea accounts to be linked to the new email so I went into my ea /origins account and updated the email, then unlinked my psn account from the old email to the new email that was also being used for all my Xbox live/eaplay/gamepass credentials ... it gave me a message saying that I wouldn't be eligible to re-link my psn account again for 6 months I think.. but now under the one orifin account my psn/Xbox usernames are saved and linked... since then every time I open madden I get a "unable to retrieve peogrssion data " error and it literally restarts mut and even when I click the touch pad it throws up the same message and won't let me alter the avatar and kicks it back to the main screen blocking me from accessing my ea profile. Fifa /NHL on the Xbox works fine, no errors... only the ps5 next gen madden 22...

Please for the love of God fix this... or refund me the 100 dollars for the game...this is unacceptable... fix it...no.more excuses ...get me my profile back...
