[ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this

I have an error message in madden 22 that happens to pop up if I go in or out of a game mode, and when I start up the game, it says [ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Ser...

    @EA_BlueberryOMG it's finally gone! Error did not happen and I can edit my avatar!

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on (PS5/PS4/Xbox Series X, PC)
  • Which game mode are you getting this error in
  • Have you tried power cycling your console and local network (Yes/No)
  • When did you start experiencing this error? Did you always experience it or did it show up after an update? When did it start happening?

3.the whole time I’m playing the game anytime i open a game mode or go to a different screen it pops up before every screen

5. It started happening as soon as i got the game

    Thank you for the recent examples we've passed them along. If we may ask for one more valuable piece of information, the team would like to see how you're experiencing this error when you're navigating the game. Can you capture a 2-5 minute clip of you navigating around the game modes for Madden, upload it to a site like YouTube, and provide the link here?

      It happens when right after I enter mut. And every time I complete a solo battle or h2h/ mut champs

        The errors you're receiving are not the same as the error being reported in this thread.

      @EA_Blueberry  I volunteered to screen record my PS5 playing through Madden 22 PS5 AND PS4. I only really play Ultimate Team, Franchise, and Exhibition. What I have recorded are my common occurrences that I knew I could recreate (Clearly when the game loads even).  I HOPE this makes it easier for this to get resolved as the answer should be clear and I'm really tired of this annoying message to the point of barely playing.https://youtu.be/k3xU7s5Z9WY
