If we may ask for one more valuable piece of information, the team would like to see how you're experiencing this error when you're navigating the game. Can you capture a 2-5 minute clip of you navigating around the game modes for Madden, upload it to a site like YouTube, and provide the link here?

The errors you're receiving are not the same as the error being reported in this thread.
